Channel 4 has finally given birth to its latest spawn – 4Seven. Showing the most talked-about Channel 4 shows from the last seven days, the channel caters to those of us that are too busy to catch the programmes first time round, but still want to watch them on TV, as opposed to 4oD online or on PVRs. Programming starts from 7pm tonight. The most popular, trending shows at the moment include Supersize vs Superskinny, Embarrassing Bodies and Gordon Behind Bars.
