Drunken Ewoks?!
November 2nd, 2009Don’t work with animals and children. That’s what they say about working in television. Well, after watching this I would say ‘inebriated dwarves in costume’ may have to be added to the list. Over the weekend, The Today Show on America’s NBC channel had a Halloween feature and, for some reason, they felt the need to include Ewoks in the background to add some quirkiness. Unfortunately, the Ewoks liked the limelight (and a bottle of Jack Daniels??) a little too much. At first, they were just flicking things off the table and doing random but amusing things like moon-walking (Ewoks moon-walking! Hilarious!). But, as the presenters tried to remain as professional as possible, the Ewoks’ behaviour got worse and worse as they began to dry-hump the anchor and fight each other. I heart live TV.
