BBC’s Olympic Dedication
BBC official broadcaster of London 2012 Olympics
The BBC is to become a one-stop shop for all our London Olympics needs this summer. It has dedicated two entire channels to daily live coverage of the London 2012 Olympics. BBC One will broadcast daily coverage of all events from 6am until midnight. Presenters will include Matt Baker, Sue Barker, Gary Linekar, Gaby Logan and Chris Hollins. BBC Three will also broadcast all-day coverage – presented by Manish Bhasin, Rishi Persad and Sonali Shah – during the daytime and Jake Humphrey will take over from 7pm onwards. The Opening and Closing ceremonies will be presented by Huw Edwards. There will also be comprehensive coverage online via the BBC’s Olympics website and on the radio via BBC Radio 5 Live.
