Britney Joins X Factor USA
Britney Spears is to fill one of the vacant spots on the judging panel of X Factor USA. She has reportedly signed a £15million contract to appear on the series alongside returning judges Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid. 19-year-old Camp Rock graduate and solo artist Demi Lovato is also rumoured to be in the process of signing on to complete the judging line-up. Interesting that they’ve chosen two stars who hit the big time as teenagers. Both singers have also been through their fair share of troubles, with Britney’s infamous bi-polar struggles and Demi’s rehab stint in 2010. No doubt they will have plenty of knowledge to impart on both the up and downside of the music business and achieving overnight success.
