Dracula is Living in UK
Forget Twilight and True Blood, Sky Living is bringing back the original vampire to our screens. Dracula is being revamped by the channel in a co-production with US broadcaster NBC. The Tudors star Jonathan Rhys Meyers plays the iconic vampire, from Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel. The story is set in 1890s London. Dracula poses as an American entrepreneur attempting to bring modern science to Victorian Britain, but his real mission will be one of vengeance against those who wronged him hundreds of years ago. His plans begin to unravel when he falls in love with a women who resembles his dead wife. The ten-part series comes to Sky Living next year.
