Election Fury
I know you’ll all be wanting to find out the big result as soon as possible tomorrow, so BBC One is your best bet. However, in-between all the boring vote counts do try and tune into Channel 4’s Alternative Election Night. David Mitchell and Jimmy Carr will be bringing their irreverent humour to the proceedings, and the programme will also feature a rather explosive Come Dine with Me Election Special. The episode features politicians Edwina Currie, Brian Paddick, Derek Hatton and controversial journalist Rod Liddle. Obviously, it was always unlikely that the group would sit down to a civilised dinner party and casual chat. However, the conversations got so heated that producers had to step in and break up an argument between Liddle and Hatton at one point. Sounds like the dinner party from hell – I don’t want to miss it!
