Homophobic Slur From a 3-Year-Old?!
Oops! What do you do when your three-year-old utters a homophobic slur in public? Cringe, feel embarrassed and question your parenting? Well imagine if it’s on television and you just happen to be Sarah Palin’s daughter. You’re screwed. Bristol Palin has caused a storm after her toddler Tripp called his aunt a “fa**ot” on national television. Bearing in mind Bristol is the daughter of the former Governor of Alaska – whose ethics constantly came under fire whilst she was in office and ultimately led to her resignation from post. She is also the daughter that, after being raised by a Catholic family, became a single mother at the age of 18. Bristol has her own reality TV show in America called Life’s a Tripp, which is meant to serve as an insight into how difficult being a single teenage parent can be. However, it would appear it also exposes the kind of language that is bantered about in the Palin household. And what was Bristol’s reaction to her son’s rude outburst? She and her sister fell about laughing. No wonder America is raging!
