Les Misérables Trailer
Anne Hathaway sings ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ in the trailer for the movie version of Les Misérables. The musical, based on Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel, is the second longest-running musical of all time in the world (after The Fantasticks). It has run in London’s West End for 25 years and now its time to watch it on the big screen. A whole host of familiar faces join Anne, who stars as prostitute Fantine. The cast includes Russell Crowe playing Inspector Javert, Hugh Jackman as convict Jean Valjean, Sacha Baron Cohen plays the thief Thénardier, Helena Bonham-Carter as Madame Thénardier and Amanda Seyfried is Fanette’s daughter, Cosette.
