The Brady Bunch Gets Bigger
The Brady Bunch is about to become a whole lot bigger, Bradier and bunchier. Funnyman Vince Vaughn is in talks with US broadcaster CBS to resurrect the 1970s sitcom. The new Brady Bunch would follow one of the sons now grown up, divorced and remarried. With Bobby Brady’s new marriage comes new kids, and exes still in the picture. How very modern!
The Brady Bunch ran for five series between 1969 and 1974. The original show told the story of widowed Mike and his three sons who lived together with second wife Carol and her three daughters from a previous marriage. The latest incarnation will be written by My Name is Earl writer Mike Mariano and co-produced by the son of the original creator, Lloyd Schwartz.
