Zooey Deschanel is not only a Hollywood actress and face of cosmetics brand Rimmel, but she’s also got quite an enviable singing voice on her. The ’500 Days of Summer’ actress plays the lead in forthcoming E4 comedy New Girl. But in her spare time she forms one half of a band called She & Him. She was recently called on for her vocal talent, to sing the US National Anthem at the Baseball World Series. Considering some singing pros have stumbled with the song (ahem, Christina, ahem, Aguilera), Zooey belted it out without a problem to an impressed audience on the sports field. You go, New Girl.
